Requests to Cancel After Renewal Date

You can cancel subscription to applications individually or your full account at any time. Mythic Technologies does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after the subscription's renewal date.

No Transfer of Funds Between Accounts

Mythic Technologies does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.

Contact and Billing Information

It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. Mythic Technologies will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided in your Control Panel and upon registration.

Balance Due

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the Mythic Technologies Accounting department will continue collection efforts.

Failed Transactions

In case a subscription's monthly payment fails, Mythic Technologies will send you reminder emails to update your payment method. You can update your payment method in your Control Panel, under an application's subscription page. Mythic Technologies will attempt to process the transaction on a daily basis for a duration of 14 days. Upon failure to successfully process the transaction by this limit, Mythic Technologies will delete the subscription plan involved, decommission the application and all associated data. Mythic Technologies is not liable for any loss of information past the payment grace period of 14 days. Your Mythic Technologies account will remain active.
